You know, I was sitting at my computer panicking over which layout I should pick for my blog, when I realized how silly I was being. I asked myself, "Brittany, why are you taking so long to pick a layout?"
I replied, "Because, Brittany, a layout says a lot about you as a human being. I have to pick carefully." And I resumed my task.
I thought about my answer, and then told myself, "Yeah, but all these layouts suck (except for the ones that Jaycey and Mom picked). So, according to your theory about layouts = the type of human being you are, no matter what you pick, the layout you choose will inevitably present you as a sucky person."
So then I stopped wasting time and just picked one at random. I will probably try to find a different one later, but then again, I'm a lazy person at heart, so I might just stick with this layout that sucks.
And I'm not sure of what a blog exactly is. I will be looking into that. Perhaps I will post some of my writing on here. Maybe some school assignments. I think I'll just do whatever the heck I want though. This is Mine.

So, here's my story, when I got on to check this I ended up doing a double take and decided that I need to double my efforts in finding or creating a new layout.
It's a hard decision just starting out, especially on a place like this where there's so much user created content, all based on the ideas and vision of the individual who created the layout, it ends up being a vague attempt at creating something somebody else may like, if not just a stab at making something they like themselves with the aside that others might like it.
In the end, I personally decided on the one that seemed the least obnoxious, and easiest to look at within the six that I was staring at, with the goal of creating my own when the chance came up.
As for what a blog is, well, that's whatever your heart desires, like you said. No restrictions, no rules, if you decided to, you could post every day on the subtleties of tuna salad sandwiches for all the world to see. I've enjoyed everything of yours I've read as of yet, and I can't imagine that this will be any different, whether you write about the elusive perfect tuna salad sandwich, or day to day life.
