Seriously
You know what stinks? I am in pain. Seriously in pain. Lots of joints. My collarbone is going nuts. The doctor can't find anything wrong with my collarbone, and says I don't have arthritis, but he won't do anything else to figure out what my pain is since it isn't arthritis. Um, could I please have a doctor that takes my pain seriously rather than looking at results, saying "you don't have RA or Lupus," and then ignoring the remaining problem? Just because I don't have one of those diseases doesn't mean I'm not in pain. Are doctors supposed to help or not? This is why I don't like doctors! They scare you, give you stupid common sense advice that doesn't work or why would I be seeing a doctor, and then they don't pull through to help solve whatever it is you went in for. I feel like he thought it had to be some serious disease, like his first idea had to be correct or it wasn't anything at all. I live in Bountiful. I will go anywhere from Ogden to Salt Lake. Does anyone know a good doctor that won't waste my time and money? A doctor who will take me seriously? Thanks. Also, good news. I got a car.

Mufasa!
I am back--unless you have been carrying me in your hearts this entire time, because it's impossible for me to come back if I've never left. And really, why wouldn't you carry me in your hearts? I am extremely good at shrinking down to heart-sized, lovable minis. If anyone else wants to learn this talent, consult a miniature Reese's cup. They are experts on being small. Or find a short person near you. Just don't call them short to their face. They prefer to be called short-stack or runt. Also, it is typical courtesy to ask them if they would like a child's menu, and give them a miniature Reese's cup. Short-stacks like miniature things because they fit in their mouths easier. Be kind to the runts.
Regardless the short people, I have something to announce.
I am writing a book. My extremely detailed outline is nearly finished, and I have decided I want to publish it on my own. I plan to have the first complete draft done by the end of the year. I would like volunteer editors to please step forward and post a comment, email me, or call me to reserve a copy of the first draft of my book. I would like feedback from people who read and people who don't read, people who like critically judging books and people who think it stinks to read stuff that isn't perfected. I need people like you!
Do I need to get an Uncle Sam type photo of myself?
Anyway, more posts to come.
